Raindrop Irrigation is a local, family-owned business headquartered in Mechanicsville, VA that was founded in 1993. With over 30 years of industry experience, Chief Executive Officer Woody Hall, President of Operations Conner Hall, and Chief Financial Officer Cam Hall Crist bring extensive knowledge and hands-on leadership to the company. Their direct involvement in both installation and service reflects their commitment to quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and excellence in the irrigation industry.

Woody Hall
Woody Hall played baseball for and graduated from The University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science Education degree. He is the proud founder of Raindrop Irrigation and is ecstatic to have a second-generation Hall join him. He has more than 30 years of experience in the irrigation industry and is a certified landscape service and irrigation contractor.
Conner Hall
Conner Hall played baseball for and graduated from Longwood University with a bachelor's in Business Administration. In addition to working for Raindrop Irrigation in various capacities for over 20 years, he has also worked for a turf management company. He is certified to test backflow preventers.
David Maiden
David Maiden has worked in the irrigation industry in Richmond and the surrounding areas for over 20 years. His experience has provided him with a wealth of knowledge in the Residential, Commercial and Sports Turf aspects of irrigation. In addition, he is a licensed backflow prevention inspector with the state of Virginia.
Cam Hall Crist
Cam Hall Crist graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy. After working in healthcare for 3 years, she was excited to join her dad and brother at Raindrop Irrigation. Cam grew up around the job site but officially joined the family business in 2021.

Our 2027 service contract information will be sent out via mail and email in the beginning of February 2027. Our service contracts are valid for one service year and do not renew automatically.
